   Thanks for taking my enquiry.
   I have downloaded the latest version of clipgrab and am impressed with it's functionality . I was at the point of making a donation but have discovered that the downloaded video from youtube doesn't include subtitles. The settings on the youtube side permit subtitles to be displayed on the video when using the internet browser but they are absent in the ClipGrab downloaded file.
   Please advise how to remedy this problem using MacOs 10.12.6.
   Attempts to send an email via the "support@clipgrab.org" has been blocked
