this happens when I am downloading several clips from the same site. Some of the downloads are completed and others won't be. It can't be because of the internet connection or the site I'm downloading from because the other clips came through OK.The green bars on the Clip Grab screen are still flashing like it's working properly but there is no increase in the download size.
