Hi!

I have packaged ClipGrab (3.9.5) for Ubuntu focal+ and made it available here: https://launchpad.net/~xtradeb/+archive/ubuntu/apps .

I intend to keep it updated as new releases become available.

I noticed ClipGrab requires "python" (youtube-dl.cpp). Since Ubuntu focal and above might not have this specific command, I made a small patch to change it to python3 and made the package depend on it.
